NS-ISAC is governed by an elected board drawn from its member organizations and operated by a small professional staff. Specific officers are confirmed at each annual election.
Board Chair
Elected from the operator member class. Sets the strategic agenda, presides over board meetings, and represents NS-ISAC to peer sector organizations and regulators.
Vice Chair
Supports the Chair on strategy and external engagement, chairs working-group oversight, and stands in for the Chair when required.
Executive Director
Leads day-to-day operations of NS-ISAC, manages staff and partnerships, runs the member services function, and reports to the Board on program delivery.
